Its interlocking back distance equalization device can ensure equal back distance of the tiles on both sides, and there is no need to adjust during use; The automatic tile following device can prevent the tile from floating on the brake disc; The automatic compensation device for pad wear can maintain a constant distance between the pads and the braking torque during use, avoiding the trouble of frequent adjustment; Manually opening the device can facilitate installation, maintenance, and release the brake in emergency situations; The plug-in brake pad makes replacement faster; Various limit switches can also be installed as needed, controlled by PLC to achieve auxiliary functions such as fault display (interlocking) and pad wear indication (interlocking).
