Regular inspection items for the use of hydraulic brakes
1. Regularly add lubricant to the components of the hydraulic brake.
If the worn brake surface is replaced, the gap between the brake surface and the rotary table should be readjusted.
3. Regularly check the tightness of the bolts, and tighten the bolts of the electromagnet, yoke, and wiring.
4. Regularly check the length of the armature stroke. During the operation of the brake, the sliding surface is worn and the length of the armature stroke increases. If the armature stroke length does not reach the normal value, it should be adjusted, otherwise it will greatly reduce the suction force.
5. Regularly check the wear condition of movable components and remove dust and impurities from the surface of the electromagnet.
