Adjustment method for service brakes
Service brake: A device that stops a vehicle from continuing to move or move while it is in motion
Parking brake: A device used to prevent the wheels from rolling when a vehicle is parked on a surface with a certain slope, in order to prevent the vehicle from moving due to gravity or other reasons
Brake pedal: It belongs to one of the above service brakes and parking brakes, and uses pedal type for service or parking brakes. Press the pedal to stop the wheels from rotating
The adjustment of the service brake is divided into comprehensive adjustment and local adjustment. Comprehensive adjustment is applicable to situations where the coaxiality between the brake shoe and the working surface of the brake drum is damaged due to the loosening of the shoe shaft after the brake is disassembled and repaired. Local adjustment is made to reduce the gap between the brake shoe and the brake drum after the brake friction plate is worn.
The order of comprehensive adjustment is:
Loosen the nut that fastens the shoe shaft.
Loosen the nuts of the fastening bolts for the cam support seat and bracket.
Disconnect the connecting fork on the brake chamber push rod from the brake adjustment arm.
Rotate the shoe shaft so that the shaft end markings are located close to each other.
Rotate the cam adjusting arm by hand to make the shoe cling to the brake drum. Use a Feeler gauge gauge from the inspection hole of the brake drum to check whether the two ends of each shoe cling to the brake drum. If a gap is found at the end of the shoe shaft, remove it by rotating the shoe shaft. Tighten the nut of the shoe shaft and the nut of the fastening bolt of the cam support seat and bracket at the adjusted position.
The brakes of the crane must be well maintained. Now, Xinxiang Zhongrui Lifting Machinery Co., Ltd. will introduce YWZ9 HD brakes to us
Before the operation of the crane, the brake should be checked for the sensitivity of the connecting rods and pins at each movable contact point, whether there is any sign of loosening or falling of the bolts, whether the wear of the brake pads has reached the invalid standard, whether the spacing between the two pads and the outer surface of the brake wheel is equal when the brake pads are open, whether there is any sign of loosening between the brake wheel and the transmission, whether the interference between the shaft and the hole is met, and whether there is any sign of loosening when tightening the bolts, Is there any oil stains on the surface of the brake wheel, and is there any significant scratches or signs of falling on the surface of the brake wheel. Is there any jamming or wear at the hinge, and is the hydraulic system normal.
Large cranes are used in the metallurgical industry to transport molten steel for smelting furnaces. There are generally five main mechanisms: main lifting, auxiliary lifting, crane, main trolley, and auxiliary trolley mechanisms. The motor is installed on the high-speed shaft, and the drum is installed on the low-speed shaft. The high-speed shaft and low-speed shaft are connected together through a reducer. The traditional lifting mechanism brake is set on the high-speed shaft brake. In this case, if the high-speed shaft and brake wheel
