Supply ED series electric hydraulic thruster ED-121/6 ED-201/6 accessories
Oil stains on the shoe friction plates of the electric hydraulic thruster: When there is oil stains on the brake shoe friction plates and brake drums during driving, as well as burning and carbonization on the surface, it should be promptly eliminated. Otherwise, it may cause problems such as decreased braking performance, ineffective braking, and brake deviation. The specific method of elimination is to first repair the oil seal, as oil stains, burning, and carbonization are all caused by the oil leakage of the hub oil seal, which causes lubricating grease to enter the brake. Gasoline can be used to clean the oil stains on the brake shoe friction plates. When the oil stains are severe, coarse sandpaper can be used to remove the stains on the brake shoe friction plates. Alternatively, low heat can be used to heat the brake shoe friction plates to allow the oil stains that seep between the friction plates to seep out. Then, gasoline can be used to clean and repair them before use.
Water ingress into the electric hydraulic thruster: During driving, when the car wades through water, there may be water ingress into the electric hydraulic thruster, resulting in a decrease in braking effect. In this case, the method of braking while driving should be adopted to restore braking performance as soon as possible. The method of braking while driving is to use your right foot to step on the accelerator pedal and your left foot to step on the brake pedal on a spacious and straight road with good road conditions. Drive in medium speed, increasing the friction between the friction plate of the electric hydraulic actuator and the brake drum as much as possible, and using friction to generate heat to quickly evaporate the moisture, thus achieving the goal of restoring braking performance.
Brake pipeline rupture: A brake pipeline rupture can lead to brake failure or inability to release the brake. When encountering this situation during the operation of the electric hydraulic thruster, it should be stopped immediately for handling. The specific method is to take a suitable piece of inner tube rubber, wrap it around the crack, and then use a metal clip to clamp it at the inner tube rubber, and tighten the locking bolt; Thin iron or copper sheets can also be used instead of metal clips for skin tubes, and then wrapped tightly with iron wire to check for air leakage before emergency use. If there are adhesives such as quick-drying adhesive, the trachea can be polished clean and repaired with thin iron, copper, rubber, etc
