Jiaozuo brake

The YWZ8 series electric hydraulic block brake is mainly used for mechanical braking supporting various mechanical drives such as lifting metallurgy, mining, transportation, ports, and construction. The product connection dimensions and braking torque parameters comply with JB/ZQ4388-86 standards, and the technical conditions comply with JB64 06.2-92 standards.

This series of products uses the Ed series thrusters produced with the introduction of German EMG company technology as the driving device, and has the following characteristics:

1. Excellent action performance, good sealing performance, and high registration of shell protection

2. Die cast brake pads, easy to replace, fast, long service life, and high utilization rate.

3. The main driving point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings and oil injection holes, and the brake frame has high transmission efficiency, sensitive and reliable action, and long service life.

4. Interlocking equal distance device, automatic equalization without adjustment, equalization effect.

5. By adding additional devices, certain additional functions can be achieved.

Normal working conditions

Environmental temperature -20 ℃~+40 ℃;

There should be no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases in the surrounding working environment, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%;

Generally used for three-phase AC power supply 50Hz, 380V (please pay attention to the nameplate of the thruster)

The elevation of the motor installation site complies with GB755-87
