Overview of SBD, SB series hydraulic failure protection disc brake: normally closed design, hydraulic release, in line with JB/T10917-2008 Caliper Disc Brake. The fully automatic follow-up device ensures equal clearance with the brake disc when the brake is released, avoiding floating and sticking phenomena. The high adjustability of the center can effectively compensate for errors that occur on the installation site. Equipped with AC/DC wide voltage opening and wear sensing switches for interlocking protection and fault warning. Widely used for emergency braking of low-speed shafts in large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery, as well as boom lifting mechanisms, mining winches, hoists, and high-power inclined belt conveyors, safety braking of cable cars and cable crane driving mechanisms, and safety (emergency) braking of low-speed shafts in special crane lifting mechanisms such as casting cranes.
